Collision handling: 'Xavier already assigned this to Leen just now — nothing was changed.'
No stepping on toes. If a teammate got there first, nothing changes — you're told who has it, and can still add a note.

Answer without opening the app: new requests land in each member's personal inbox. Reply to the notification and your answer goes out as the collective — the thread is assigned to you. If a teammate answered first, we stop your reply and tell you who got there.
